Holidays ….

I hope everyone has been enjoying their Summer so far. I’ve been busy, i’m still in the painting zone creating lots of lovely bird characters on wood. I thought it would be great to concentrate on  pieces that were a bit more realistic. It was a great challenge, i did huge amounts of sketching from photographs and found i was naturally drawn to Sandpipers and Lapwings, both such gorgeous birds.
