Placing an Order
To purchase any of the artwork simply browse the Shop pages, select an artwork, select the quantity, then click the add to cart button, and the item will be added to your cart.
When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on ‘proceed to checkout’ & choose the appropriate delivery & payment methods.
You will need to provide an email address in order to receive a receipt.
If you are having difficulty ordering or have made a mistake don’t hesitate to get in touch and I will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
If your order is a present please let me know and I will include one of my hand printed swing tags for free!
Acknowledgment of Order
Once you have been through the checkout process you will be shown a confirmation message & receive an email confirming your order. I will notify you by email once the order has been dispatched.
PayPal is the worlds leading online payment processing company. Even if you are not a registered user of PayPal you can use it to pay with most credit and debit cards.There is no charge for using PayPal and your information is kept completely secure by PayPal.
When checking out you can select to pay by cheque. Please send your cheque made payable to ‘Liz Toole’, Oakfield House, 194 Alkington Rd, Whitchurch, Shropshire, SY13 1TA, please write your order number on the back of the cheque! Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in my account.
Delivery on Prints
All items are sent by Royal Mail, packed personally by me, sent recorded delivery for smaller items and tracked posting for larger items with insurance cover. Screenprints 70 x 50 cm will be rolled and sent in a cardboard tube. Each item purchased will be sent to you directly.
Free Standard Delivery
I offer free UK mainland delivery* approx 5 days max, not including weekends. * on most items under £200.
Additional express 1 Day delivery option at £10. Please select this option when checking out. Please note on the odd occasion I am unable to post items out on an Express option.
If your delivery address is not in the UK I will need to confirm delivery charges to you.

Delivery and purchase of Paintings
If you are purchasing a painting, there will be a £20 delivery charge to contribute to insurance and tracking for the piece.
Damages must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Please get in touch with me here to notify me of any problems.
Loss, shortages or returns must be notified within 2 days of delivery. We ask that all returns be shipped back , packed in the original packing materials. Returns must be insured for their full value as the cost of any subsequent loss will be due.
If you are not happy with your order in any way please notify me, I am not able to give refunds but will credit you with a voucher to spend at any time. Replacements will be shipped to you for no extra charge.
