Its been an incredibly busy time for which i’m hugely grateful. I’ve been concentrating on a new collection of paintings for the lovely Baxters Gallery in Dartmouth for their Coastline exhibition, this begins at the end of the month. You can see a preview of it here – https://baxtersgallery.co.uk/collections/exhibition-coastline
The exhibition starts on 27th May. There was recently a preview for it and i’m hugely pleased that my largest painting The Mussel and cockle Pickers ( seen here ) has now sold. The exhibition is showing a group of very talented artists whom i am very proud to be showing with. I can’t wait to show you the rest of the collection.
I will be personally delivering my work for the exhibition so have organised a gallery delivery road trip. This means i will not be able to post out any orders from my website between 17th-24st May. If you would like to place an order whilst i am away, please do. I’ll let you know that i have received it and post it as soon as i get back!
In other news i am running a couple of art workshops with my local Primary School especially for The Jubilee. This is being funded by Criftins Village Hall in Duddleston Heath. The aim of the workshops is to create 2 designs which the pupils will then paint onto the B.T boxes outside the village hall. Its a very exciting project and i’m really looking forward to seeing the ideas the pupils will come up with.
I hope everyone is enjoying sunnier days and the arrival of Spring. I’ll be updating my website with some new paintings soon.
