New paintings on wood

I find this such a productive time of year, getting exhibitions lined up, making new work and finding lovely new galleries to show my work. I’ve been busy painting on the gorgeous pieces of driftwood that have now dried out. I’ve started with Starlings, i painted my first collection last May and they were really popular. I love painting them, i think i really connect with these birds and such beautiful colours. I’ve now updated my website with 4 new pieces, the rest of the gang are flying off to Portside Gallery, Blue bramble gallery and Baxters gallery. Once my galleries are all stocked up with new bird paintings i’ll be concentrating on re-stocking my website too. Today i’ve been painting Yellowhammers…

I’ve got my first show of the year very soon on 7th March at the lovely Mostyn gallery in Llandudno. This year it is a one day event. 45 printmakers will be selling their work in this fabulous building. So excited, can’t wait. https://www.mostyn.org/event/north-wales-print-fair-2020

I’m showing my work at some lovely new galleries this year, the first is the lovely Heart gallery in Hebden Bridge. I haven’t yet visited but plan to when i deliver some framed work. http://heartgallery.co.uk/

Updates of more new galleries and dates coming very soon x
